Job description
  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational activities. -Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases. -Carry out general office duties such as filing, copying, and managing communications -Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders. -Provide support in project management tasks, including monitoring schedules and expected deliverables  -Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. -Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of tasks. -Ensure sufficient company inventory by monitoring and arranging procurement and collection of supplies for company activities. -Address and resolve operational issues, or escalate them to management as needed, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. -Perform external tasks such as delivering documents, materials, and other items to designated locations as directed by the Director or Top Management personnel -Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Management of the company.  [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-byond-tech-global-berhad-job-operations-assistant]
  • Possess at least a Diploma in any related background. -Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply -Good computer skills (Ms Office, Excel, PowerPoint) -Have a valid driving license -Resourceful, attention to details and able to work with less supervision. -Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to liaise with all levels.
