Job description

Job Responsibility

To monitor project including to ensure that the design intention, budget, delivery, schedule, technical, safety and quality aspect are met and to highlight critical issues / problems immediately to the Client, Project Management Unit, S.O, Consultants and their teams
To assist Consultants and Project Management Team with day-to-day running and issuing of instructions and other documents
To lead site team comprising RE, Clerks-of-Work and other site staff
To attend and follow up on matters raised in all site and technical meetings
To provide architectural design solutions to minor issues on site including temporary works in order to facilitate construction on site
To coordinate all architecture, C & S, M & E and other works of the project

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture LAM - PAM Part II or equivalent

Has between 8-12 years of working experience with good technical knowledge in architectural, structural and M & E services especially in high-rise site office building with curtain walls and cladding as well as on refurbishment projects

Good in project implementation, administration and detailing; and has sound knowledge of contractual procedure and well versed with Government contracts

Able to work under minimum supervision and has good leadership in organizing supervision team

Resourceful and able to meet demanding work schedule and handle multi disciplinary works
