Junior Art Director

A Junior Art Director at BLWN is generally responsible in supporting the Creative Director in leading the Creative Division. The key role is to lead the main creative concept for projects (ideation, naming, concept, theme, color scheme, key element), while working with the creative team to develop the assets and collaterals. Key Roles : 1. Develop the creative concept for projects (you will be working alongside the Strategy Director and Art Director) 2. Guide the adaptations from concept to various collaterals until project completion. 3. Working with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights 4. Added advantage if you're a good copywriter. 5. Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive 6. Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas 7. Working with the art director and account managers to establish appropriate creative directions 8. Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
