Responsibilities

  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers.
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Creating poster / advertisement / content to attract customers.
  • Creating contents for social media posts.
  • Following up with clients or customers by any relevant platform to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with products or services.
  • Entering and maintaining daily data of transactions of sales.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Have full working rights in Malaysia.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, office management, communication or any related field is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe, Capcut or Canva is an advantage.
  • Proficient in operating social media / e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Shopee is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Have a own transport and able to work overtime.
