Base pay range

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs work
Conduct regular inspections of property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment for events and meetings.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure proper storage.
Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.

Qualifications

Possess at least certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance).

Entry-level position; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in general repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, and minor building repairs.

Demonstrated skills in basic plumbing, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing faucets.

Basic electrical knowledge, including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets safely.

Experience in performing routine maintenance repairs on building systems and equipment.

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.

Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor area
