APAC Operation Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Job Description
As an APAC Operation FP&A Manager, you will collaborate with the Head of Finance APAC Operation to drive the financial performance of the region by making recommendations to optimize business outcomes. This includes supporting performance analysis, annual operating plan (budget) development, and forecasting across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES :
- Participate in month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain a database of key financial data (Actuals, Forecast, AOP) across the region.
- Conduct comprehensive KPI analysis covering revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with Plant Managers and controllers to perform financial analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop financial models to analyze business opportunities and cost-saving initiatives, supporting decision-making and profitability maximization. Assess cross-country projects, NPD, and business case feasibility.
- Propose strategic actions and craft messaging for stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and developing the annual operating plan, aligning financial objectives with organizational goals.
- Prepare insightful financial data and analysis for key management meetings.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions.
- Oversee financial control of the regional Supply SG&A.
- Identify reporting efficiencies and promote automation across the region.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with :
Academic background : Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.Experience : 5-10 years in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in manufacturing.Skills : Strong financial analysis capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, accounting principles, and interpreting complex financial data.Personal traits : Structured approach, driven, energetic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and in teams.Additional Information
