Overview

Job Description : We are hiring a Marathi-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone , delivering excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is a required

Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written) is required.

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.

Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including weekends and public holidays.

Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Penang, Malaysia .

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer queries in Marathi and English via phone, chat, and email.

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, complaints, and technical issues.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.

Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Meet performance targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
