The role
We’re seeking a passionate and credible Security Sales Specialist to drive strategic customer engagements around Microsoft’s Security portfolio. This role focuses on helping enterprise clients protect their digital assets, manage risk, and comply with regulations using Microsoft’s end-to-end security solutions. This is a client-facing, field sales role.

- Sell Microsoft Security solutions including :
 
Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365)
Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Data Governance)Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management)Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer security prioritiesLead customer conversations around Zero Trust, threat protection, identity security, and complianceCollaborate with Microsoft account teams, technical specialists, and partners to co-sell and deliver valueManage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, including demos, workshops, RFP responses, licensing, and contract negotiationStay current on Microsoft’s evolving security offerings and industry trendsWhat we need to see from you
Achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas for Microsoft Security solutions, including closing deals, generating revenue, and contributing to overall sales growthExpanding the market presence of Microsoft’s Security solutions, including identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market share in targeted regionsOrganizational Alignment :
This role will be part of a team of sellers dedicated to selling security solutions and will report to the Microsoft Sales Director. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and sales operations to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
What you offer
5+ years in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud securityStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and compliance requirementsMust have knowledge of Microsoft’s Security stack and Zero Trust architectureProven success in consultative selling to CISOs, security architects, and compliance leadersProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to translate technical capabilities into business outcomesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plusJob Function
