Get to Know the Role As a Manager in the Performance and Culture team, reporting to the Head of Performance and Culture, you'll play a key role in enhancing performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture, improve organizational health aligned with Grab's values. The role will be onsite at Grab office in Malaysia. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Partner with the Head of Performance and Culture to lead priorities for performance, feedback, culture, and engagement. Lead collaborations across POD and various stakeholders to address performance and engagement challenges. Work with the PeopleTech team to design and align Performance Management platform functions and development.
