Production Engineer (Maintenance)

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechatronic / Electromechanical / Mechanical or equivalent.

Knowledgeable in SMT machines such as MPM, Juki, GSM and reflow and VP oven.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3-5 years of working experience in SMT line is required for this position.

Candidates must be willing to work in Perai.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily setting up of SMT line and conversion.
• Implementation of corrective / preventive action at SMT lines.
• To create profile boards and set up profile parameters according to specifications for re-flow and VP oven prior to production.
• To plan & handle overall production machineries and equipment maintenance activities including breakdown.
• Contact and coordinate with machine’s vendor on hardcore issues, if necessary.
• To always establish and ensure spare part requirements and availability to support an efficient operation.
• Work with production team to maintain a clean work area.
• Other task as assigned from time to time by the management.
