Role : Part‑time PCI Associate

We’re looking for a tech‑minded, service‑hearted Part‑time PCI Associate to keep PCI Customer Experience and Digital Operations running smoothly and provide excellent support to our members. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, digitally fluent, and loves helping people feel supported. Pickleball Coaching International (PCI) is the global standard in pickleball coach education.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Support & Hospitality

Respond to member questions via email (Gmail / Zendesk).

  • Walk coaches through common tech issues (YouTube uploads, course access, login resets).
  • Communicate clearly with coaches about their certification progress, requirements, and next steps.
  • Provide friendly, patient service — especially to those who aren’t tech‑savvy.
  • Digital Operations & Admin
  • Understand and work within PCI’s systems (Memberspace, Online Course Database, Squarespace, Zapier).

  • Troubleshoot issues with course access, membership renewals, and submissions.
  • Update PCI’s website content (Squarespace) and maintain smooth backend processes.
  • Marketing & Media Support
  • Post content to PCI’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Assist with email campaigns (Mailchimp).
  • Support digital content creation with simple graphics (Canva) or AI tools.
  • What You Bring

  • Experience with (or willingness to quickly learn) :
  • Squarespace, Memberspace, Thinkific

  • Gmail + Google Workspace
  • Zapier (automations)
  • YouTube uploads and file management
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
  • Clear, professional written communication.
  • A genuine customer service mindset : patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Self‑starter attitude — you figure things out rather than waiting to be told.
