Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.

Ensure timely completion of production orders with minimal downtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
Ensure timely completion of production orders with minimal downtime.
People Management : Lead, train, and manage a team of supervisors, line leaders, and production operators. Drive team performance through effective delegation, coaching, and motivation.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure all products meet the required quality and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, etc.). Work closely with QA / QC to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency (e.g., lean manufacturing, OEE). Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Maintenance Coordination : Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is in good working condition and preventive maintenance is carried out.
Inventory & Material Management : Monitor raw material usage and work with supply chain / warehouse to ensure adequate stock levels for production needs.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) : Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management. Analyze production data to drive operational decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in food manufacturing, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards, production systems, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple production lines.

Proficient in MS Office and production-related software (e.g., ERP / Autocount systems).
