Job descriptionLead a team of warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP and ISO standards, in all warehouse operations. Manage inventory levels, including regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels to management. Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to meet customer demand. Maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures and conducting regular safety training. Assist with the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present warehouse performance reports to senior management. Providing reliable and effective warehouse services to support sales related and back-end activities of the company. Managing the loading operation and lead the loading team. Ensuring all warehouse equipment are being maintained and kept at designed locations.

Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
