System, Network and Infrastructure Lead (Malaysia) (HYD)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of server, storage, network, and security infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud
• Maintain and improve our CI development pipeline
• Work closely and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that we are adopting security best practices
• Develop, execute and enforce policies for system and network administration, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Ensuring the availability, performance scalability and security of production systems
• Building & releasing configuration management of production systems
• System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains
• Building monitoring capabilities for existing systems
• Ensuring system security policies are properly remediated
• Research and propose emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities to enhance performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of systems, networks and infrastructure
