18–24 months | For fresh grads & early professionals. This is for those ready to lead. You’ll rotate across departments and properties — from The Chow Kit to The RuMa, and even Japan — while working on real projects that impact the business. With executive mentorship and a clear path to leadership roles, this is where your future in hospitality takes off.

This is a full-time, paid programme designed to fast-track your growth into a future leader in hospitality. Over 24 months, you’ll rotate across departments, properties, and even countries — gaining real-world experience, working on meaningful projects, and being mentored by the best in the business.

Who are we looking for?

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a background in hospitality, business, or related fields
You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
You communicate well — especially in English, both spoken and written
You’re adaptable, open to new ideas, and not afraid to try things outside your comfort zone
Most of all, you're excited about contributing and growing in a team that’s passionate about Asian hospitality
