Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Sourcing and buying of new related products to maximize sales and maintain optimal inventory
- Liaising with suppliers on promotional activities and prompt delivery of stocks
- Negotiating with vendors regarding terms, conditions, and margins to create a competitive edge
- Analyzing performance of stock and promotions to determine effectiveness of the product assortment and promotion strategy to drive market share
- Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to plan promotional activities and merchandise according to line master plans
- Working closely with stores and vendors on all replenishment activities, product range, promotions mechanics, pricing, and aging stocks
- Conducting market surveys and visiting competitors constantly for current market trend analysis and customer preferences
- Assisting in the setting up of new stores and major fairs / events
