We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (all genders) to join our remote-first team in Malaysia and work closely with our colleagues in Germany. If you're passionate about building smart, scalable Salesforce solutions and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced international environment this might be the perfect role for you.

You’ll be part of our growing team in Malaysia, which includes a Junior Salesforce Consultant, an experienced Enterprise Architect and three Designers focusing on UI / UX, visual design, and business storytelling.

You will work closely with our Salesforce and consulting teams in Germany. Working hours are typically aligned with Central European Time (08 : 00–17 : 00 CET), with flexibility to ensure team collaboration.

PLEASE NOTE : We are only able to consider applications from candidates who hold Malaysian citizenship and reside in Malaysia .

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows
Experience with integrations and web technologies (REST APIs, HTML, JS, CSS)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, while being a strong team player
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Previous international project experience is a plus

Your Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will :

Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, Flows, LWC, and Visualforce

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs

Support architectural decision-making, working closely with consultants and enterprise architects

Troubleshoot complex issues using tools like Developer Console and Workbench

Ensure system security and compliance, including GDPR and CCPA alignment

Support release cycles from development to testing and production

Depending on your interests and experience, you may also gradually contribute to solution design and technical consulting.
