Responsibilities

  • Job Analysis & Posting : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and post vacancies on internal and external platforms.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Resume Screening & Shortlisting : Review resumes and applications, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview panels with necessary candidate information.
  • Candidate Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management : Prepare and extend job offers to select candidates, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions. Negotiate offers as needed and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Pre-Employment Requirements : Coordinate medical check-ups, background checks, and reference verifications for new hires.

Onboarding Coordination

  • New Employee Induction : Facilitate the onboarding process by organizing orientations, introducing new hires to team members, and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Documentation & Setup : Ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, P-files) is completed and stored correctly. Coordinate with IT and facilities to set up workstations, access cards, and necessary tools.
  • Merchandise & Welcome Kit : Ensure that new hires receive their company merchandise, welcome kits, and other relevant materials.
  • Campus Engagement & Recruitment Events

  • Campus Recruitment : Represent the company at universities and educational institutions for campus recruitment drives. Assist in planning and executing campus events, including career fairs and on-campus interviews.
  • Career Fairs & Networking : Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, networking sessions, and other talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent and raise company awareness.
  • Candidate Outreach : Build relationships with university career centers and student organizations to promote company job opportunities to potential future candidates.
  • Recruitment Reporting & Compliance

  • Recruitment Metrics : Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring results.
  • Compliance : Ensure recruitment processes comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws and company policies.
  • Process Improvement : Assist in improving recruitment strategies, optimizing the hiring process, and recommending best practices to increase efficiency.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing high-volume recruitment activities.
  • Prior exposure to the automotive industry and proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
