Manage all incoming leads across various channels, ensuring timely and personal follow-ups.
Work closely with our sales team to qualify leads and assign them to Account Manager(s), supporting with scheduling tours and coordination.
Proactively convert and recommend non-residential sales, including prepaid pass and meeting rooms while identifying opportunities to cross-sell Jerry & Colony packages that match client needs.
Keep our database and sales reports up to date and accurate to provide valuable insights for Jerry.
Practice excellent customer service in all client interactions, ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout their journey with us.
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
