Job description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Event Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at Memoires Events Management Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a wide range of events, from corporate functions to social gatherings.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, and program management
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are exceeded
  • Supervising and managing the event staff and volunteers to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Monitoring event budgets and making recommendations to optimise costs
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the event and providing prompt solutions
  • Compiling post-event reports and providing feedback to improve future events

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Proficient in using event management software and tools
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism industry is an advantage
