What You’ll Build

You’ll design, develop, and scale the software that runs The Flex platform — building the backbone of automation that powers our global operations. From backend APIs and automation pipelines to cloud infrastructure and data synchronization, you’ll ensure every system is fast, reliable, and intelligent. You’ll collaborate across product, operations, and data teams to bring clarity and automation to one of the world’s most complex industries : rentals.

• Architect the Core – Design and implement scalable, high‑performance services that power bookings, payments, and automation workflows.
• Automate Everything – Build intelligent microservices and serverless functions that eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Scale Seamlessly – Create infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of stays and millions of transactions across continents.
• Integrate Intelligently – Connect Base360.ai to key platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway.
• Enhance Intelligence – Collaborate with AI‑driven automation tools to develop predictive and adaptive systems.
• Mentor & Elevate – Share best practices, review code, and guide engineers toward technical excellence.
