We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager , preferably based in Malaysia, to help SG Support expand its presence within and beyond Asia. Initial market focus for this role will be Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia & New Zealand and the United States. This role will report directly to the Executive Management Team.

Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and build strategic partnerships.Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted market research and competitive analysis.Promote and sell the company’s service offerings, whether individual solutions or the full suite, based on identified client needs and market insights.Support and drive geographical expansion into new markets.Lead the end-to-end business development process, from identifying opportunities and shaping proposals to securing client agreements and long-term partnerships.Represent SG Support with professionalism at external meetings, networking events and conferences.Deliver accurate pipeline reporting and support financial gating processes in collaboration with the Finance team.Establish a centralised lead generation pipeline tool and optimise opportunities with lead generators.Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making and refine SG Support’s GTM approach.Present regular progress updates to the Executive Management Team, highlighting challenges, risks and opportunities.Market & Stakeholder Focus
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, manage multiple markets, service pillars, and stakeholder demands effectively.Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with key stakeholders across SG Support and client networks.Work with the marketing team to strategise potential new products and pricing and ensure alignment with objectives.Ideal Candidate Profile
Language Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and client acquisition within marketing or services industries across multiple countries.Demonstrated success in building and managing a strong pipeline.Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments preferred.Experience in the not-for-profit sector is an added advantage.Seniority & Employment
