Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the adoption of our client’s software solutions in the Manufacturing and Design Industry. As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor to the sales teams and a trusted partner to our client, showcasing the value of our products and solutions, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling and tailored demonstrations of the software solutions to prospective customers, highlighting key features and benefits and addressing their specific needs and pain points. Tailor presentations to different audiences (technical, business, executive).
  • Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), crafting clear, concise, and persuasive answers that showcase our technical capabilities and value proposition.
  • Work with customers and partners to understand project infrastructure and requirements, providing accurate sizing and scoping recommendations for the products and solutions.
  • Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, engaging with potential customers and showcasing our solutions.
  • Maintain and update the demonstration environment, ensuring it is always ready to showcase the latest features and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Proactively share knowledge and expertise with peers, providing updates on product features, competitive landscape, and industry insights through presentations, training sessions, or internal knowledge bases.
  • Analyze customer requirements and share feedback about product gaps with Product Management to help improve the product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
