Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Healthcare, Business, Nursing, or related field. 3–5 years' experience in clinic or healthcare management (advantage). Proficient in major languages (reading, writing & speaking). Strong in written communication and handling professional emails. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Clinic Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate clinic staff.
- Arrange and manage staff roster, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and customer service.
- Handle billing, claims, and financial monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinic policies.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Implement operational SOPs and quality improvements.
- Support business development and marketing activities.
