Responsibilities :
Manage Key Account from pharmacy channel / modern trade.
To conduct regular reviews and updates with customers to monitor sales performance.
To service and support customers to resolve daily trade problems.
To plan in store promotions and campaigns to increase sales and provide evaluation and sales analysis of each campaign for further improvement.
To ensure sufficiency of stock, POSM materials, and promotions campaigns.
Research and manage key customer wants and needs
Suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and wants
Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, and product delivery
Create reports for upper management.
Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 1-2 years key account management in healthcare & skincare from pharmacy channel / modern trade.
Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
Self-motivated & good presentation skills.
Understand of Healthcare & Skincare's Products & Market.
Understand of sales & marketing
Knowledge of MS Office.
