Your Role
- Spot opportunities to improve payment solutions based on market research and customer feedback.
- Support internal teams and liaise with external partners on payment matters.
- Manage documentation and processes per payment provider requirements.
- Own the payments vertical and drive initiatives with your team.
- Track performance, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, product, operations, and engineering teams.
