Job description

Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise : Provide deep technical knowledge and support for products and solutions, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and demonstrate products.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Solution Development : Work closely with customers to configure or customize products to meet their specific requirements.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Training : Provide training and support for clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Feedback Loop : Communicate customer feedback to product development teams to guide improvements and new features.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline.
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role is preferred (HVAC)
  • Technical Skills : Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products being sold, including software, hardware, and engineering principles.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to assess customer needs and develop solutions that address their challenges.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Computer Proficiency : Familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD. If candidate is familiar with Revit will be and added bonus.
