You will work within EY’s Talent Attraction and Acquisition team to drive recruitment growth for the firm, build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams, and implement recruitment solutions in a dynamic environment. As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will drive the recruitment growth for our firm. Understanding our business issues is imperative. You will build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our complex business, identify and implement recruitment solutions, and gain varied experiences along your career path. Responsibilities

Key point of contact for one of the business units and ensure effective and timely recruitment support Build client relationships with various stakeholders, understand their business goals and anticipate talent needs Develop strategic sourcing solutions including building a talent pipeline to attract and acquire high quality candidates Execute talent acquisition strategies through various sourcing techniques and be a sourcing expert to Service Line leaders Perform full recruitment cycle according to global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles Profile and present qualified pre-screened candidates and recommend the best fit to the business Integrate diversity and inclusivity into the recruitment process Determine the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and implementation Ensure positive client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team and flag risks or delays in advance Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience either in-house and / or agency environment Comprehensive talent sourcing and mapping experience Exposure in recruiting for talents from the financial services industry is a plus Experience sourcing and recruiting for digital and technology roles with a strong network and database Knowledgeable with the digital and technology talent ecosystem and access to talent databases Excellent communication skills and client focus. Ability to build good relationships, engage with business leaders and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels Meticulous with a high level of self-initiative Familiar with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System (ATS) What We Look For
