Job descriptionPlan monthly social media calendar across IG, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, FB Work with Marketing Executive to understand content briefs Track social media content performances and provide monthly social media reports Social media ads allocation Replying to DMs and comments on all Social Media platforms 1–3 years experience in visual design and / or video editing Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva Intermediate video editing skills (CapCut or Premiere Pro) Good eye for layout, color, and design for youth digital culture Strong time management and responsiveness Bonus : Familiar with KOL or influencer content formats Visual thinker, creative problem-solver Loves experimenting with short-form media Enjoys contributing ideas, not just following instructions Team-player with strong personal responsibility
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Visual Content Production
- Design social media graphics (posts, stories, thumbnails, templates)
Take video for short-form contents
Edit short-form videos (TikTok / Reels)
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Suggest creative directions for online campaigns
Research content trends and apply platform-specific strategies
Write content briefs, captions, and visual directions
Coordinate photo / video shoots with internal team and talents
Ensure timely publishing and consistent brand voice
3. Other design related job scope
Assist in preparing in-store visuals for event promotions, signage, posters and others event related materials.
Support basic product and packaging design when needed
