Internship Overview

This culinary internship offers practical, hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment within our tea shop. Interns will work closely with our culinary team to learn food preparation, plating techniques, beverage creation, and kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and plating of menu items.
• Support the preparation of tea-based beverages, desserts, and signature dishes.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met.
• Assist in managing inventory and kitchen supplies.
• Learn and apply proper cooking techniques under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Support culinary team during peak hours and special events.
• Provide input on new menu ideas and seasonal offerings.
