Senior Associate - Risk & Quality (R&Q)

This role is with the MYVN R&Q (Risk & Quality) team in Malaysia, collaborating closely with the MYVN R&Q team in Vietnam to manage regulatory, independence and reputational risk, protect the firm’s brand and value, and promote a strong quality culture within the professional services the firm offers. The goal is to anticipate strategic risks and drive quality and independence compliance across MYVN.

Note : This description reflects the responsibilities and qualifications for the Senior Associate level in Internal Firm Services – Risk & Quality (R&Q).

Key responsibilities

• Perform checks and attend to independence compliance matters under supervision
• Monitor the data quality of the internal databases as assigned
• Prepare and monitor data metrics for periodic reports
• Coordinate and support in preparation for periodic Independence and R&Q training
• Understand relevant policies and procedures
• Provide support on other Independence related matters and monitoring activities
• Contribute ideas and identify areas for improvements on a continuous basis
