Workshop Supervisor

Overview

Oversee daily operations within the workshop. Manage and supervise workshop staff and operators. Assign and coordinate job tasks to ensure timely completion. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Monitor work quality and implement quality control standards. Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory. Train and mentor staff to improve performance and skills. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with other departments for workflow and resource planning. Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in workshop processes. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of workshop activities. Act as a liaison between workshop staff and upper management.
