Work Location : Kajang, Selangor

Main Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and deals with vendors and suppliers to secure services for events.
Assign roles and duties to banquet staff, including the assistant banquet manager, and ensure smooth event execution.
Oversee décor, layout, and setup to maintain the venue's luxurious appearance and atmosphere.
Address guest requests and inquiries to ensure a high-quality experience.
Manage the food and beverage sections efficiently, ensuring quality service throughout the event.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail in décor, layout, and quality to meet luxury standards.

Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with clients, staff, and vendors.

3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management within high-end restaurant or hotel settings.

Strong leadership skills to assign roles, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.
