Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct candidate search from applicant databases.
  • Arrange interviews of short‑listed candidates and ensure screening results are recorded adequately in the database.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance and statutory regulations affecting HR policies & guidelines.
  • Responsible to drive service excellence in HR management and processes.
  • Assist in implementing manpower and recruitment for the organisation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
  • Experience and exposure in Blue Collar Hiring is an added advantage.
