Executive-Production Planning (Nearby KLIA / Sepang)

Planning order, scheduling and ensuring good internal control of all related processes.

To monitor the applicable document and update the computer system data.

Fully understand our products and their application.

Understanding our machine’s ability and capacity and update for any urgency.

Communicate and work closely with internal production team.

Prepare monthly reports such as monthly production schedule, capacity planning, product grade sizes & etc.

To coordinate with respective department of the order status.

Responsible for monitoring and controlling the progress of the order.

Assist in scheduling all the urgent orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Undertake any ad-hoc assignment / project assigned by superior

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Business Administration / Management or any related field.
• Good interpersonal, attitude, self-motivated & able to work independently.
• 1- 3 years relevant experience in similar role or manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates with positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Possess the ability to multitask, good communication & good computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on call (If any) and capable to handle high pressure in fast pace working environment
• Willing to work at Banting (near KLIA, Sepang)
