Overview

MULTIWAYS HARDWARE SDN. BHD. – Balakong, Selangor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative role, preferably within the hardware / retail industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance would be an advantage
