Job Responsibilities
- Liaise across departments to ensure smooth execution of daily business operations.
- Manage company‑issued card logistics, including delivery tracking and timely dispatch.
- Resolve logistics issues promptly and monitor delivery status to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in daily data collection and preparation of routine operational reports.
- Analyze reporting data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and admin teams to streamline workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute feedback to enhance overall service quality.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related fields.Previous experience in administrative or operational support is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).Detail‑oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.Collaborative and open‑minded, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced work environment.Additional Information
