Job description

• Handle AP transaction
• AP reconciliation
• Liaise with suppliers for trade and non-trade invoices
• Process supplier payment
• Suppliers advance monitoring and monthly schedule
• Handling monthly report of transport fleet maintenance
• Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior
