Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Contract Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Contract Administration, who are passionate about supporting commercial and operational teams in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Support : Assist the sales team with CRM updates, proposal and quotation preparation, and general administrative coordination to improve efficiency and response time.
  • Contract & Claims Assistance : Support contract documentation, claim preparation, and ensure compliance with basic contractual obligations.
  • Customer Communication : Maintain and update customer contact information; support communication via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Product Knowledge Support : Understand Doka’s products and services and assist in conveying their value to clients.
  • Order Coordination : Respond to customer enquiries and assist in converting leads into confirmed orders.
  • Credit Support : Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to track outstanding payments and follow up as needed.
  • CRM & Market Screening : Ensure data accuracy in the CRM system and assist in identifying new project opportunities.
  • Marketing Coordination : Support local marketing activities and help ensure brand consistency in customer-facing initiatives.
  • Sales Meetings & Team Events : Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal sales meetings, team events, and presentations.
  • Complaint Handling : Log customer complaints into the designated complaint management system for follow-up and resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying, Contract Executive roles, or related fields will be an advantage
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support communication with a wider range of customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using or learning CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who can collaborate across functions and with diverse colleagues
  • Additional Advantages (not mandatory) :

  • Internship or project-based exposure in sales support, QS, or contract administration
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices or tools
