Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
Requirements : - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job Descriptions : - Process new customer account setups, orders, forms, applications and requests. Ensure data accurately maintained in system
- Process rescheduling requests by customers - Pull in, Push out & cancellations
- Resolves & respond to customers escalations & complaints promptly
- Handles RMA / RTV / Damaged / Dented items with customers.
- Handles wrong item, excess or shortage shipments.
- Provide delivery information and ensure timely delivery
- Inventory Management. Ensure sufficient time frame to support customers required date and keep inventory level low.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Planner Logistic and Finance, Logistics to ensure clear information to support customers enquiries pertaining to stocks and delivery support
- Liaise with Finance to ensure prompt payments from customers. Monitor and handle payment in advance customers
- Liaise with Sales pertaining to price changes & FA request.
- Maintain data on Sales pricings and other data deemed necessary for order purposes
- Perform material planning (for pre- assigned customers)
- Responds to complaints from customers and give after sales support upon request.
- Conduct Customer Survey annually & compile it into summary.
