Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.

Requirements : - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job Descriptions : - Process new customer account setups, orders, forms, applications and requests. Ensure data accurately maintained in system

  • Process rescheduling requests by customers - Pull in, Push out & cancellations
  • Resolves & respond to customers escalations & complaints promptly
  • Handles RMA / RTV / Damaged / Dented items with customers.
  • Handles wrong item, excess or shortage shipments.
  • Provide delivery information and ensure timely delivery
  • Inventory Management. Ensure sufficient time frame to support customers required date and keep inventory level low.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Planner Logistic and Finance, Logistics to ensure clear information to support customers enquiries pertaining to stocks and delivery support
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure prompt payments from customers. Monitor and handle payment in advance customers
  • Liaise with Sales pertaining to price changes & FA request.
  • Maintain data on Sales pricings and other data deemed necessary for order purposes
  • Perform material planning (for pre- assigned customers)
  • Responds to complaints from customers and give after sales support upon request.
  • Conduct Customer Survey annually & compile it into summary.
