Inventory Planning & Control / 库存计划与控制
- Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure sufficient stock of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to meet production and outlet demands.
制定、执行及优化库存计划,确保原材料、半成品及成品的库存水平符合生产及门店需求。
Monitor inventory turnover regularly, reduce obsolete / slow-moving items, and optimize stock levels in line with cost control targets.定期监控库存周转率,减少呆滞料与浪费,确保库存符合公司成本控制目标。
Procurement & Replenishment Coordination / 采购与补货协调
Prepare purchasing and replenishment plans based on production schedules and sales forecasts.根据生产计划和销售预测,制定采购计划,并与采购团队沟通下单补货。
Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.追踪供应商交货进度,确保原材料及时到货,不影响生产排期。
Data Analysis & Forecasting / 数据分析与预测
Analyze historical data, sales trends, and outlet requirements to generate accurate material demand forecasts (MRP).分析历史数据、销售趋势与门店需求,进行准确的物料需求预测(MRP)。
Maintain inventory reports and provide analysis with recommendations for improvement.建立并维护库存报表,定期提交库存分析与优化建议。
Production & Warehouse Collaboration / 生产与仓储协作
Work closely with the production team to ensure materials are supplied to the production line on time.与生产部门协调,确保原料及时供应生产线。
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy of inbound, outbound, and stock counts.与仓储部门合作,确保货物入库、出库、盘点的准确性,减少差异。
System & Process Management / 系统与流程管理
Manage ERP / Inventory Management Systems, ensuring accurate data entry and stock records.熟悉ERP系统 / 库存管理系统,确保数据录入与库存记录准确无误。
Review and improve inventory processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.定期审核库存流程,提出改善方案,提升工作效率与库存准确度。
Cross-Department Communication / 跨部门沟通
Liaise with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.与供应链、采购、财务、质量等部门密切沟通,确保供应链顺畅。
Support urgent requests and handle exceptions such as emergency replenishment or material substitution.支持总部及门店提出的临时需求与突发情况(如紧急补货、替代原料)。
Compliance & Safety / 合规与安全
Ensure inventory management practices comply with food safety and central kitchen regulatory requirements.确保库存管理符合食品安全与中央厨房相关法规要求。
Participate in internal and external audits, supporting corrective actions where needed.定期参与内部 / 外部审计,配合完成整改。
Requirements / 任职要求
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
Proven experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a related area.具备生产计划、供应链管理或相关领域的工作经验。
Experience in the food industry or a similar manufacturing environment is a plus.有食品行业或类似制造业经验者优先。
Strong organizational and time management skills.具备较强的组织能力与时间管理能力。
Ability to communicate confidently internally and externally.能够自信地进行内部与外部沟通。
Competent on MS Office, particularly Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables).熟练使用 MS Office,尤其是 Excel(Vlookups、数据透视表)。
Good team player, positive attitude, work well with all levels of people.具有团队合作精神,态度积极,能与各层级人员良好协作。
Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin & English.必须具备流利的中英文能力。
