Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), tailored field marketing programs, and data-driven decision-making for Malaysia and rest of Southeast Asia region. This role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging global campaigns, ensuring seamless lead progression throughout the pipeline.

You will be responsible for analysing account behaviour, supporting sales outbound activities, and executing bespoke events to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. The role requires a strategic mindset, a data-oriented approach, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth by aligning marketing efforts with sales teams to engage high-priority accounts and convert opportunities into customers.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Collaboration

Partner with field sales to developterritory- and account-level marketing plansthat drive pipeline generation and acceleration

Align closely with sales, technical, and business strategy teams to ensure unified messaging and measurable outcomes

Collaborate with global and regional demand generation teams to integrate ABM efforts with broader campaigns

Event Planning & Execution

Design and executehigh-impact in-person and virtual events(e.g., roundtables, roadshows, account-specific engagements) to deepen relationships and accelerate deal velocity

Provideon-site supportfor partner and customer-facing events, particularly in Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region

Ensure flawless execution throughstrong project managementandattention to detailacross logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordination

Sales Enablement & Lead Management

Implement structured follow-up processes for all generated leads, including outreach strategies and appointment setting

Equip sales teams with tailored content and insights to support outbound efforts and improve conversion rates

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze account behavior, engagement signals, and intent data to inform marketing strategies and sales outreach

Track and report on key metrics such aspipeline influenced,deal velocity, andrevenue contribution.

Continuously refine programs based on performance data to maximize ROI

Budget & Vendor Management

Manage marketing budgets with discipline and transparency to ensure optimal resource allocation

Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services aligned with campaign goals

Provide regular performance reporting to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

Minimum8 years of B2B marketing experiencein the technology sector (SaaS, cloud services, or data center solutions preferred)

Proven track record inenterprise-level field marketingwithin international organizations.

Demonstrated success incollaborating with sales teamsto drive measurable pipeline impact

Industry Knowledge

Deep understanding of thecloud and data center industryin Malaysia and Southeast Asia

Familiarity withenterprise buying behavior, especially in regulated sectors like finance and manufacturing

Awareness ofregional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments

Skills

Strategic marketing planning and execution

Strongproject managementandorganizational skills

Highattention to detailin managing budgets, logistics, and reporting

Proficiency inCRM platforms(e.g., Salesforce) andmarketing automation tools(e.g., Marketo, Eloqua)

Experience withABM platforms(e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
