Overview

Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead at Personal Collection | Operations | FinTech | E-commerce | Healthcare | Commercial The Senior Brand Manager will drive long-term growth, company positioning, and relevance of Personal Collection’s brand within the direct selling space. Responsibilities

Define and execute the brand strategy, positioning, and architecture to differentiate in the direct-selling market. Long-term brand planning, aligning with business growth objectives, marketing KPIs, and distributor success. Ensure consistent brand messaging across consumer, distributor, and partner touchpoints. Utilize market research to identify consumer trends, dealer needs, and competitive dynamics, while evaluating portfolio category health to support brand sustainability and uphold a positive company image. Partner with internal Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), data analysts, and IT teams to regularly conduct findings through reports and research for launches, campaigns, and forward planning in relation to marketing-related needs. Monitor brand health metrics, customer satisfaction, and distributor advocacy to inform strategic decisions. Support annual business planning, sales forecasting, and growth strategy for product categories and brand initiatives. Actively seek alignment with sales and support teams to link brand initiatives with business performance. Contribute to product portfolio planning and innovation strategy aligned with consumer and distributor needs. Lead brand guide book to continually strive for company excellence to uphold image. Develop integrated brand and marketing plans that drive active buyer behavior and distributor engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and tools that empower distributors to build their businesses. Track performance of campaigns and programs, adjusting strategies to maximize impact. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5–8 years’ experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or consumer insights; experience in direct selling or consumer goods is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and insight-generation skills with the ability to turn data into actionable brand and business strategies. Proven track record in developing marketing / brand plans that drive both consumer demand and distributor engagement. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
