Requirements
- Diploma fresh graduate and SPM are encourage to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Experience in delivering training sessions, presentations, and one-on-one coaching
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Organized, good with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and document handling.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Team player with a customer-service mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.

Responsibilities
Conduct Training Sessions for Clinic Assistant : Deliver training for new hires, upskilling, and soft skills as per company standards.Training Material Development : Design and update training manuals, presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.Performance Monitoring : Track learner progress through assessments, feedback, and performance data and performance data reportOffice Management : Handle day-to-day office operations like managing supplies, maintenance, and facility coordination.Stock take of products, maintain stock level, keep track.Data Entry & Record Keeping : Prepare performance reports.Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.Benefits
