Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required. A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, furniture, or related industry. Experience in selling products like cabinets is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating sales and closing deals.
  • Strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience and providing personalized solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet / exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to understand product details and specifications to effectively explain features to customers.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development :

  • Identify and target potential clients for house cabinet products. Develop relationships with residential and commercial clients to drive sales.
  • Client Consultation :

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and present solutions tailored to their preferences and requirements.
  • Product Knowledge :

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s cabinet products, materials, and design options to effectively demonstrate the features and benefits to clients.
  • Sales Negotiations :

  • Engage in sales negotiations, providing quotes, discussing pricing, and finalizing contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Handle any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research :

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and product designers to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Report and Documentation :

  • Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports for management review. Ensure all contracts and sales documentation are complete and up to date.
