Key Accountability

• All items loaded into a designated storage location in the aircraft as per cart, SU, blanket, pillow & loading manual.
• Operate Hi-Lift / Van to transport food items between MCAT and aircraft
• Load and off-load food carts between MAGCS OUTBOUND / OUTBOUND and catering vehicles.
• Load in-flight meals onto the aircraft in accordance with cabin loading plans
• Handover & acceptance of catering items by Cabin Crew
• Comply to the safety & security of Hi-lift equipment e.g., lashing, carts, SU
• Before opening a cabin door, the Hi-lift operator shall ensure that there is no cabin crew and / or Ground Engineer in the vicinity of the door.
• Before closing a door, the Hi-lift operator shall look out for any possible obstructions around the door area that may hinder the closure of the door or may cause damage to the door.
• Handover process & acceptance between MAS Awana & MAGCS
• All items to be uplifted per checklist – correct item & quantity
• Ensure all specialised equipment is in serviceable status to be deploy to operations
• Ensure all specialised equipment is well maintained for hygiene and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned by superior and management
