We’re looking for an execution specialist to support and implement Versa’s long term objectives and set its course. This role is highly strategic; it offers the opportunities to learn across multiple disciplines within Versa as well as to lead high-priority projects. You’ll work closely with the top management team and founder groups.
- Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategic plans and short-term operational plans
 - Monitor and analyze the performance of business units against strategic goals, and prepare regular management performance reports and dashboards for senior management
 - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement, recommend corrective actions and support strategic decision-making
 - Perform and / or leverage on market / customer research and conduct competitor analysis to identify the trends, gaps and opportunities to drive revenue, efficiency, and productivity
 - Act as Programme Manager to ensure all projects are executed in compliance with company standards, as well as regulations where applicable
 - Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly / monthly reports to monitor project outcomes against OKRs and market dynamics
 - Partner with Finance, Department Heads and project managers on end-to-end budgeting cycle including planning, actual utilization tracking, forecasting
