About the role

Looking for an exciting new opportunity in sales? Join our dynamic team at YUAN SHENG FASHION TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD as a Shoes Sales Representative. In this full-time role based in different shopping malls in Kuala Lumpur area, you will play a key part in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service for our high-quality fashion footwear products.

Store Location

  • The Exchange TRX, The Gardens Mall, Pavilion Damansara Height (upcoming new store), Pavilion KL (upcoming new store).

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to educate customers on the features and benefits of our shoes
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Support merchandising and store operations as required
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store and assist with any other reasonable duties

    • What we're looking for

  • Prefer 20-35 years old candidates who can start working immediately
  • Prefer mandarin-speaker (Malay and English are a plus)
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for fashion and trends
  • Driven, target-oriented and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Good time management and responsible person
