AUDIT MANAGER

Overview

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, finance or equivalent. Professional qualification MIA is encouraged.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in an audit firm, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage audit teams, plan audit assignments, and solve problems effectively. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting / audit software. Able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Supervise audit staff, allocate assignments, and monitor progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Apply auditing standards and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and comprehensive audit opinions.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders; facilitate client relationships and issue resolution.
