Job description

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting processes and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in identifying and assessing financial risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and tax regulations in Malaysia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • To work closely with sales teams to ensure timely payment and chasing overdue payments.
  • Maintain up to date debtors aging report and monitor closely for an overdue account.
  • Monitor and review customer credit limits and credit terms.
  • Analysis of customer credit limits and credit terms
  • Analysis of customer payment behavior report.
  • Prepare remind letter or by Ctos to customer
  • Create demand letter to ensure debt recovery
  • Prepare and maintain credit note of discount given is under term and condition .
  • Prapre customer statement monthly to ensure payment on time upload invocie to b2b system.
  • prepare add-hoc project
